Shipping & Delivery

Order Process:

• All orders are processed in 1 to 2 days.

• Flat Rate Shipping of $5 ships economy.  Your package will be delivered in 1 to 5 business days depending on where you live.  Most are within 2 or 3 days.

• If you’d like your order sooner, please select a faster shipping option at check out that meets your needs.

• In addition to an order confirmation, you will receive a delivery confirmation once your order ships.

• All orders ship from Charlotte, NC.

Returns:

Life is complicated, returns shouldn't be.  a Wink & a Nod has a 100% happiness guarantee!  I want you to be happy with your purchase, pure & simple.

• Simply send a note requesting a return label to info@awinkanod.com

• Return labels are emailed to you asap.

• All you do is print it and apply it to the package it came in!

• Upon receipt of return, you will receive a full refund less a $5.00 shipping fee.
